General Manager

Syarikat Wadah Amal Sdn Bhd (Wadah Amal), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (Yayasan), is seeking a visionary and results-driven GENERAL MANAGER to lead the revitalization and growth of the Yayasan Complex.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic transformation and growth of the Yayasan Complex, focusing on revitalization, innovation, and long-term value creation.
2. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations including leasing, facilities management, vendor coordination, and event programming to enhance visitor experience and commercial performance.
3. Financial Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor revenue streams, and enforce cost controls for long-term financial sustainability.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, business partners, and Yayasan leadership to drive shared success.
5. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
6. Compliance and Governance: Ensure full compliance with local regulations and best practices in governance, risk, and control.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2.Minimum of 8–10 years of senior management experience in property, retail, or corporate services.
3.Strong track record in leading large-scale operations, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5.Familiarity with Brunei’s business and regulatory environment is a strong advantage.
