Minimum Qualifications;

  • A minimum academic qualification of BDQF Level 4, such as Diploma, Higher National Technical Education Certificate (HNTEC) or equivalent in Business Administration or other relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and related software.
  • Fluency in both written and spoke English and Malay is essential.
  • Proficiency in additional language such as Mandarin is an advantage, particularly when dealing with a diverse customer base.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Preference will be given to candidates who:

  • Open to male candidates only as part of the company’s operational requirements.
  • Applicants must be single.
  • Candidates must be 22 – 28 years old.
  • Hold higher academic qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Have at least one (1) year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Possess experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Willingness to work weekends, shifts, evenings and public holidays as required to meet business needs.
  • Ability to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed based on customer service demand.
