Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah invites reputable ICT Companies to submit quotation for the above project.

The supplier is required to quote the proposed items (goods and services), which will best meet the requirement as per given in the enclosed Request for Proposal.

The content of the tender documents are :

2. Specifications
3. Tender Form

The suppliers are responsible to ensure all tender document is complete, and are also responsible to ensure that their company complies with current government regulations.

Detailed tender documents can be obtained at the counter, Main Office, Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Jalan Kumbang Pasang, Negara Brunei Darussalam. The tender documents will be available from Thursday, 03rd August, 2017 (8.30 am – 11.30 am and 2.00 pm – 4.30 pm), MONDAY TO THURSDAY and FRIDAY (8.30 am – 11.00 am and 2.30 pm – 4.30 pm).

All submissions are to be made in a sealed envelope with the Project Title above to :

and must be placed in the “Tender Box” located at Ground Floor of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Headquarters, Jalan Kumbang Pasang, Bandar Seri Begawan NOT LATER THAN 22nd AUGUST 2017, 9.30 AM.
