For the administration and management of the Yayasan, His Majesty The Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Negara Brunei Darussalam has consented the appointment of Committee of Governors and Board of Directors on 7 Rabiulakhir 1413 Hijrah corresponding to 5 October 1992 Masihi.
Committee of Governors
The Committee of Governors are responsible in monitoring the administration of the Yayasan and to ensure it complies with the principles and objectives of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.
In accordance to Chapter 7(3) of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Act, appointed Members of Committee of Governors will serve a four (4)-years term and are qualified to be appointed again.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors are responsible for the policy and general administration affairs and business of YayasanSultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.
In accordance to Chapter 4(4) of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Act, Members of Board of Directors who had been appointed will serve a three (3) - years term and are qualified to be appointed again.
