Handover Ceremony of Donations to DANA Pengiran Muda Mahkota Al-Muhtadee Billah for Orphans
"Dato Paduka Haji Ali Hashim bin Haji Daud with the philanthropists"
On Thursday, 19 Safar 1431H corresponding to 4 February 2010, the DANA received a total of B$25,276.46 from the following sponsors:
- The Department of Technical Education donated B$4,205.00 which was collected from a walkathon event held last year. The donation was presented by Pengiran Suhaimi bin Pengiran Haji Bakar, Director of the Department of Technical Education, Ministry of Education.
Lumut II Consultative Council donated B$2,571.46 which was collected from its 2nd Walkathon Event. Presenting the donation was Abdul Rahman bin Hashim, Village Head of Lumut II.
- Stainley Lim Hock Ghim from Borneo United Sdn. Bhd. donated B$1,000.00.
Kok Sin Chow from Haska Interior Sdn. Bhd. donated B$1,000.00.
- Steven Huong Hau Yiew from Hasmit Electrical & Lighting Sdn. Bhd. donated B$1,000.00.
Tiong Chew Wen from Success Alluminium Sdn. Bhd. donated B$5,000.00.

Leu Mee Hong from Leu Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. donated B$2,000.00.
Raymond Lam Ann Chuan from Syarikat Processta Printing & Trading Co. donated B$500.00.

The ceremony was held at Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Headquarters in Jalan Kumbang Pasang. All of the donations were received by Dato Paduka Haji Ali Hashim bin Haji Daud, Chief Executive Officer of DANA.
DANA appreciates the support and donations from philanthropists in helping DANA to enhance the welfare and life of orphans in Brunei Darussalam.
Also present during the ceremony were the Assistant Managing Director, officers and staffs of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.
