Handover Ceremony of Donations to DANA Pengiran Muda Mahkota Al-Muhtadee Billah for Orphans

On Monday, 5 Zulhijjah 1430H corresponding to 23 November 2009, the DANA received a total of B$5,015.00 from the following sponsors:
KK Chan Enterprise and Multitrons Sdn Bhd both donated a total of B$3,000.00 which was collected from a charity sale. For every purchase of certain electronic products, KK Chan Enterprise donated a percentage of each sales to DANA whereby Multitrons Sdn Bhd donated the exact same amout of what KK Chan Enterprise had made from the sale. Presenting the donation were Peter Chan Kheng Khiong, the owner of KK Chan Enterprise and Wong Kok Phing, General Manager of Multitrons Sdn Bhd.

St. Margaret´s School donated B$2,015.00, which was 5% from the total collections made during a Jogathon in April. The donation was presented by Dayang Hajah Kartini binti Orang Kaya Paduka Setia Diraja Abang Haji Abu Hanifah, St. Margaret´s School Principal.
The ceremony was held at Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkah Headquarters in Jalan Kumbang. Both donations were received by Dato Paduka Haji Ali Hashim bin Haji Daud, Chief Executive Officer of DANA.
DANA appreciates the support and donations from philanthropists in helping DANA to enhance the welfare and life of orphans in Brunei Darussalam.
Also present during the ceremony were the Assistant Managing Directors, officers and staffs of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.
